Oral Session are 12 minutes. presentation + 3 minutes discussion.
Speakers are encouraged to upload their presentation in advance of the symposium. Alternatively, presentations can be delivered at the PC desk in the session room well ahead of the session start, i.e. morning sessions: before 8:30 AM, afternoon sessions: before lunch.
Name your presentation file using the following format:
Session and presentation number + last name of presenting author
Example: O7-3_Talsma.pptx

Poster boards are in portrait orientation and fit A0 size posters (dimensions: 90 cm wide x 120 cm high).
Wednesday poster can be mounted on Wednesday during the first coffee break (10:30 AM) and should be removed before noon (12:00 PM) on Thursday.
Friday posters may be mounted after Thursday noon (12:00 PM), and must be removed before Saturday noon (12:00 PM).
Posters left on the boards after the specified removal times will be taken down and disposed of.
